During this workshop, we will explore informational writing, and look specifically at ways to help students set their own learning goals. Then we will explore how to expand writing options for students and spend time focusing on revision and editing techniques.

Participants should bring the following:
1. Their informational writing on-demand pre-assessments
2. Their informational writing unit of study.
3. Writing Pathways Book
4. A text that represents something they hope students will create
5. A photo (on the phone is fine) of a classroom artifact (student work, anchor chart, celebration, etc.) that celebrates the work their students have been doing.
6. Handouts attached to email
